About Me

I work full-time yet I believe in cooking homemade meals for my family of four, my two children and husband. The key to being able to make almost every dinner from scratch is to plan all the upcoming meals for the week over the weekend. Though I do not follow any of the trendy diets, our homemade meals generally do not include any processed foods. I try to make everything from scratch whenever possible but sometime it just makes sense to go with store bought. My goal is to share with you one quick dinner (for me that means under 30 minutes) every week and inspire you to cook from scratch for your family. Follow me on my simply sumptuous journey!
